Today I needed some much deserved "Me time". I have learned to love sewing and decided to tackle a project Shelby has been begging for since I showed it to her months ago. It is a hanging book holder. It took hardly any time at all and it turned out so cute. I love the fabric I found for it. There are books inside in the first pic, just small paperbacks, but I put a binder in the second just to show the purpose. Here is the link if you want to give it a try. Both little boys want one and I am painting their room next so why not? Sewing is fantastic therapy, I just focus on my task and let my mind empty of all the junk swarming around in there. LOVE IT!
