Tommy's preschool went to the Peltzer Farm pumpkin patch a week or so ago and Eliza and I tagged along. They had a petting zoo and a corn maze too. Eliza marched right into the petting zoo and was not afraid of anything. She grabbed a little bunny and scared it away. She put her arms around a very pregnant goat and hugged it. She fed some other very hungry goats and kissed them through the bars. Other kids that were her age cried and cringed at the animals, but not my little one. She is too old for her britches and wants to grow up so fast! Tommy had fun feeding the animals too, but bored of it much faster than Eliza. It was a fun October trip in sunny California and it was about 93 degrees outside. It would have been a lot more fun if it wasn't so hot!
