Last night was the ward trunk or treat party. There were tons of people there. I had never seen such a gathering of people until I moved here. Hundreds come for the annual trunk or treat. There was chili and kids games and karaoke. Then for the event of the evening, CANDY! With hundreds of people come masses of trunks for the treating! Eliza was a flower, Tommy was an army super hero, Dylan was a werewolf, Shelby a black cat, Michael and his friend were 2 of the Jonas brothers (no third) and Martha was a princess. George opted out of dressing up. Tommy was supposed to be batman but changed at the last minute and put on an army shirt, a cape and his cars baseball cap. One of the youth that was running the apple bobbing allowed T to submerse himself in the bucket and he came to me dripping wet head to toe. Bishop found him a granny sweater to wear from the library lost an found. Never a dull moment when it comes to Thomas. All in all it was a busy crazy night. The only thing it lacked was my other half.
Only Dylan, Shel and Eliza would allow me to take pictures.

You are so creative! I love the kids costumes- our trunk or treat is on Halloween but our stake had a Halloween Hoe Down that was a blast, I'm starting to get behind on my pictures- your trip also looked so fun, next year I really want to take my kids to pick their own pumpkin.
